Shipping Policy

At Galactic Unraveling, we work with trusted distribution centers across the United States to deliver your furniture quickly and safely.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some items may ship the same or next business day depending on warehouse availability.

Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the type of item ordered.

Parcel shipments (small items): 2–7 business days after shipment
Freight shipments (large furniture items): up to approximately 21 business days

Freight Delivery (Large Furniture)
Large furniture items are shipped via freight carriers. Once your order has shipped, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Customers must be available to receive and sign for the delivery at the scheduled time. If a delivery appointment is missed or refused, additional delivery or re-delivery fees may apply.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to carrier scheduling, weather conditions, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us at contact@galacticunraveling.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Order Changes
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.
