Out of Stock Items
Our inventory is updated frequently. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will typically be restocked. When available, an estimated restock date may be displayed on the product page. If you have questions regarding product availability, please contact our support team at contact@galacticunraveling.com.
Product Warranty
We offer a 30-day guarantee against manufacturer defects. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution. Returns related to defects must be authorized before being processed.
RETURNS
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Buyer’s Remorse Returns
If you decide you no longer want an item, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must be in resellable condition
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• A return authorization must be issued before the item is returned
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee once the returned item has been received and inspected. This fee helps cover handling, processing, and restocking costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to help process a replacement or resolution.
